Era prevedibile che la settimana dal 27 ottobre al 2 novembre sarebbe stata quella nella quale Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate avrebbe sfondato il tetto delle due milioni di copie vendute in Giappone, e così stato per il titolo Capcom. A completare il podio della classifica software Yokai Watch 2 e Super Smash Bros., mentre sul versante hardware sempre New Nintendo 3DS in testa, che si avvicina al mezzo milione di unità piazzate.
