Trama

La grande corporation Omni Consumer Products è impegnata nel piano per la costruzione di Delta City, che dovrebbe sostituire la malmessa Detroit. Gli abitanti della zona, però, non hanno nessuna intenzione di lasciare le loro case, e quindi la OCP ingaggia un esercito di mercenari per costringerli a farlo. Nascerà un movimento di resistenza sotterraneo, e Robocop dovrà decidere da che parte stare.
