Wall-E sarà il primo film Pixar ad avere un'edizione 4K della Criterion Collection, i dettagli

Wall-E, amato film animato approdato nelle sale nel 2008 sarà il primo lungometraggio Pixar ad entrare a far parte della scuderia Criterion Collection.

La società ha infatti annunciato che dal 22 novembre negli Stati Uniti sarà disponibile una prestigiosa edizione 4K del film con un mucchio di contenuti extra.

• Two audio commentaries: one featuring Stanton and the other character supervisor Bill Wise, co-producer Lindsey Collins, story artist Derek Thompson, and lead animator Angus MacLane

• Tour of the Pixar Living Archive with Stanton

• Behind-the-scenes look at the making of the film, including segments from early animation reels

La sinossi di Wall-E:

Dopo aver trascorso centinaia di anni solitari facendo ciò per cui era stato costruito – ripulire il pianeta – WALL-E (che sta per Waste Allocation Load Lifter Earth-Class – Sollevatore terrestre di carichi di rifiuti) trova un nuovo scopo nella sua vita quando incontra un affusolato robot ricognitore di nome EVE.
