La serie israeliana The Baker and the Beauty avrà nel suo cast anche Omar Sharif Jr in occasione della terza stagione prodotta da Keshet Studios.
Al centro della trama c'è un semplice panettiere chiamato Amos (Avraham Aviv Alush) e una benestante star inernazionale Noa (Rotem Sela).
La serie ha avuto numerosi remake internazionali, tra cui quello americano con star Victor Rasuk e Nahtalie Kelley che è stato cancellato dopo una sola stagione da ABC.

Il progetto è stato creato da Assi Azar e il titolo originale è Lehiyot Ita, un vero e proprio successo di ascolti in patria dal debutto avvenuto nel 2013.
Omar Sharif Jr. avrà il ruolo di un importante agente hollywoodiano libanese.
La terza stagione dello show originale sarà diretta da Oded Ruskin e le riprese sembrano destinate a iniziare prima della fine del 2020 nella città di Tel Aviv.
Omar Sharif Jr è il nipote della star del cinema ed è famoso per essere stato un portavoce dell'organizzazione GLAAD ed essere stato un ambasciatore per Human Rights Foundation e The Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation.
