Nuovi membri per l'Academy

E' stato presentatore dell'edizione 2009 degli Academy Awards, ma Hugh Jackman non faceva parte dell'Academy, l'associazione che ha diritto a esprimere i propri voti per eleggere i candidati e i vincitori degli Oscar.

Jackman, assieme a molti altri attori e artisti di Hollywood, è stato invitato a far parte della "cricca" qualche giorno fa, e a breve deciderà se accettare o meno.

134 sono stati gli inviti mandati dall'Academy of Motion Picture Arts su 166 posti vacanti quest'anno: tra gli invitati nominati l'anno scorso all'Oscar anche Anne Hathaway, Viola Davis, Taraji P. Henson, Melissa Leo, Michael Shannon, A.R. Rahman e lo sceneggiatore Dustin Lance Black.

Non solo: anche gli attori del giro di Judd Apatow hanno ricevuto l'invito - il giovane Michael Cera, James Franco, Seth Rogen e Paul Rudd.
