Jeremy Irons preannuncia un Alfred "più attivo" in Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice

Jeremy Irons ha dichiarato che il suo Afred non se ne starà molto con le mani in mano in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice di Zack Snyder.

In un'intervista con l'Hollywood Reporter l'attore ha svelato:

E' un Alfred piuttosto diverso da quello che abbiamo visto fino ad oggi. Zack Snyder aveva una chiara idea di ciò che voleva. Mi limiterei a dire che sarà un po' più attivo di un semplice maggiordomo.

Ha poi ammesso che il suo ruolo "non è troppo grande" e che lavorare al cinecomic di Snyder "non è stato così diverso da Die Hard (Duri a morire)".

Confermati nel cast Henry Cavill, Amy Adams, Diane Lane e Lawrence Fishburne. Ben Affleck interpreterà Batman, Gal Gadot sarà Wonder Woman, Jesse Eisenberg sarà Lex Luthor, Ray Fisher sarà Cyborg. Nel cast anche Holly Hunter e Jeremy Irons. Alla sceneggiatura troveremo di nuovo David S. Goyer accanto a Snyder stesso e a Chris Terrio. A produrre il film Charles Roven, Deborah Snyder. Benjamin Melniker, Michael E. Uslan e Wesley Coller, assieme a Christopher Nolan, figureranno come produttori esecutivi.
