Gli Oscar sono ormai lontani, ma non è ancora finita la stagione dei premi per Gravity: il film di Alfonso Cuaron ha infatti ottenuto il maggiore riconoscimento alla quindicesima edizione dei Golden Trailer Awards, che premiano i migliori trailer e spot dell'anno. Il film ha ricevuto il premio "Best of Show" per il suo trailer intitolato "Detached", e ha inoltre vinto quello per il Miglior poster drammatico e il miglior spot tv thriller.

Quattro vittorie ciascuno per Godzilla e Hunger Games: la Ragazza di Fuoco. La Warner Bros., forte di 51 nomination, ha ottenuto 15 premi, seguita dalla Universal/Focus con nove e dalla Lionsgate con otto. Tra le compagnie, la Ignition ha ottenuto premi in ben 14 categorie.

Tra i giudici il co-regista di Frozen, Chris Buck, l'attore Adam Driver, Doug Ellin e Debi Mazar(Entourage),Garret Dillahunt (Raising Hope), Neil Burger (Divergent), Evan Daugherty (Biancaneve e il Cacciatore).
