Sul sito ufficiale dei GDC Awards 2021, evento dedicato agli sviluppatori di videogiochi, sono state pubblicate le nomination per l'omonimo premio in cui i vincitori verranno votati dagli sviluppatori stessi e da alcuni membri selezionati della stampa di settore. L'edizione di quest'anno prenderà il via (in versione digitale) il 21 luglio, e tra le nomination troviamo titoli come Hades, Final Fantasy VII: Remake, DOOM Eternal, Ghost of Tsushima e The Last of Us Parte II, per citarne alcuni.
